Design, installation and commissioning of four fully automatic heavy load pick and place systems.

The system is designed to automatically install the front end, chassis, both sides and roof into the assembly line jigs, and can intelligently decipher the various sizes of sides and roof sections.

In total Banelec supplied five PLC control systems to incorporate all of the logic required to instigate such a system, with a further five contactor / relay control panels also required. The whole project took approximately 8 months to complete from start to finish with other standard items of control systems also supplied during the project.
